Reliable air technology for fibrous and dusty processes

Textile processes pose exceptional challenges for ventilation technology. Fibres and fluffy dust, electrostatic charges, sticky fibre mixtures, highly fluctuating material loads and high air volumes require solutions that operate reliably and trouble-free in continuous operation. Humidity control, solvent-laden exhaust air flows and corresponding ATEX specifications also play an important role. Venti Oelde relies on a deep understanding of the process and meticulous engineering.

Fibrous materials need more than standard. We use our experience and engineering skills to develop solutions that ensure process stability and utilise production waste.

Core components of our solutions

Whether natural fibres, synthetic fibres, fine filaments or technically demanding nonwoven applications - Venti supplies systems that are tailored to the specific properties of the respective fibre and the production line. The solutions are based on:

Purge air and jet pulse filters
Both filter types have been specially developed for fibrous, fluffy and airborne textile dusts and offer reliable cleaning as well as extra-large hose spacing and/or interstitial cleaning to prevent material bridging.

 

Flow-optimised extraction and air guidance systems
We capture fibre dust directly at the source and enable safe transport with optimised air guidance.

 

CFD-based design
Digital flow simulations (CFD) enable the optimal design of air flows, separation distances and temperature zones to ensure stable production conditions.

 

Energy-efficient fresh air and recirculating
air technology Demand-oriented control and heat recovery enable a significant reduction in operating costs.

Fibre fly separation
Development of a purge air filter with shortened hoses, integrated pre-separation and material hopper. The result: reliable cleaning even with extremely fibrous air, significantly longer filter service life and stable machine operation.

Systems for the extraction of textile washing lines

Dedusting Technologies


Purge air and pulse filters with large hose spacing, interstitial cleaning, time- or differential pressure-controlled cleaning and optional raw gas inlet section for coarse separation. Ideal for textile fine dust, flakes, microfibres and fibrous mixed dust. Pressure shock-resistant and ATEX-compliant variants ensure maximum operational safety.
