In modern recycling and production processes, the quality of separation determines economic success. Air-fed separation systems are low-maintenance, flexible and particularly suitable for heterogeneous material flows. They ensure consistent product quality, reduce waste volumes and enable the recovery of valuable materials.

Venti Oelde's separation technology relies on different air technology processes that separate material fractions based on their physical properties.

Air separators separate materials according to density and aerodynamics: an air flow lifts light components, while heavier particles sink or are collected in collection containers. They are particularly suitable for heterogeneous material flows with a high proportion of light materials.

Rotary screen separators, on the other hand, work with centrifugal force and flow control and enable precise separation cuts - ideal for recycling processes and the separation of flat materials.

Venti Oelde uses tried-and-tested mechanical systems to support the screening process.

Coarse material separators, magnetic drums, vibrating belts and screening units remove coarse particles, foreign matter or metallic components from the material flow. They homogenise the material, ensure a uniform feed and optimally prepare the material flow for subsequent air separation.
