Process understanding & engineering

Venti combines a deep understanding of processes in printing, coating and converting applications with precise engineering. The design of the ventilation systems is based on real production conditions, taking into account humidity and temperature control, exhaust air flows, VOC content, drying profile, web stability and energy balance.

Venti simulates flows and temperature curves as early as the planning phase and integrates drying and exhaust air technology into the machine concepts in a modular manner. Production processes are analysed on test facilities and the relevant parameters for subsequent series and production facilities are determined. Among other things, suspension, nozzle, NIR and hybrid dryers as well as various coating systems from partner companies are available for this purpose.

Printing

In printing processes, drying and air flow directly influence print quality and production speed. Venti integrates air technology systems directly into printing lines, thereby supporting uniform drying, high web speeds and stable operation. The solutions help to reliably ensure process reliability and productivity in flexographic and gravure printing applications as well as in digital printing.

Coating

When coating, the focus is on ensuring an uniform layer thicknesses and reproducible coating results. Venti develops ventilation concepts that support short drying times. The systems are adapted to substrates, coating media and process speeds and enable stable production conditions – even with varying batch sizes and increasing requirements.

Converting system
Converting

Converting focuses on material handling, throughput and process stability. Venti implements material-friendly separation, conveying and disposal solutions for edge strips, defective goods and production residues. The air technology systems are designed for high web speeds and changing material properties, helping to reduce downtime and ensure reliable plant operation.
