What is Venti SmartControl?
Venti SmartControl is a modular system consisting of sensors, actuators, hardware and software for monitoring and controlling industrial plants. Sensors collect relevant operating data at defined measuring points, the software evaluates this data, visualises statuses, reports deviations and documents plant operation. If necessary, the system actively intervenes in processes and enables targeted control.
The results are reduced downtime, more efficient maintenance and sustainable optimisation of energy use and plant availability.

The technology behind it

Smart sensors & intelligent software
Sensors record critical measurement points on units such as engines, fans, filters, hydraulics, pumps or turbines. Among other things, the following are measured:
- temperature, pressure, differential pressure
- Vibration, speed, torque
- Current, voltage, consumption
- Running times, operating hours, switching cycles
- Contamination, fill levels, humidity
The software stores, analyses and visualises all data. It detects anomalies, reports deviations in real time and documents the entire plant operation. Optionally, processes can be actively controlled, adjusted or automated.
