Fine aerosols of vapour, oil mist and particles are produced wherever tools are cooled with oil or emulsions. Venti Oelde's high-performance extraction and separation systems ensure that these emissions are captured directly at the point of origin and safely separated. This protects machines, systems and workspaces from contamination - and employees from harmful substances. The separated liquids are collected in the oil vapour separator and can be disposed of properly or reused.

An additional benefit: the cleaned air can often be used for heat recovery - a plus for energy efficiency and sustainability.

Welding produces gases and particles that need to be captured and filtered in a targeted manner. Venti Oelde plans process-orientated welding fume extraction systems that are individually tailored to the process, materials and working environment.

Depending on the application, capture takes place at specific points on the workpiece or via large-area bonnets. The extracted fumes are routed to highly efficient filter systems via collecting pipes and reliably cleaned there.

We analyse welding parts, filler materials and gas types as early as the planning phase and take future operating developments into account. On request, the required air volumes can be determined using measurement technology or flow simulation.
This results in an economical overall system with optimised pollutant separation and energy-efficient air routing.
