In industrial processes, bulk materials or particles must be moved in a controlled and efficient manner. Venti Oelde develops tailor-made solutions for this purpose, which are precisely matched to the material, conveying distance and process conditions. The systems operate cleanly and energy-efficiently and can be flexibly combined with dust extraction, drying or exhaust air technology – for high reliability, cost-effectiveness and environmental compatibility.

Venti Oelde designs systems for the pneumatic conveying of dust, chips, bulk materials, PET containers and edge trim from the endless conveyor. The material is transported in closed pipework by air flow - cleanly and with great freedom in pipe routing.

The design takes into account the conveying path, particle size, density and temperature. Fans, pipework, diverters and rotary valves are optimally matched to each other. Depending on the requirements, two basic principles are used:
- Suction conveying: Transport via negative pressure to central separation.
- Pressure conveying: Transport of larger quantities over longer distances using positive pressure.

Where pneumatic systems reach their limits, mechanical conveyor systems from Venti Oelde are used. They are particularly suitable for coarse, heavy or moist materials where air transport is not efficient.

Screw conveyors, bucket elevators, vibrating belts or conveyor belts are used depending on the task. These systems move material gently and evenly - over short distances or between different process stages.
If required, pneumatic and mechanical conveyors can be combined to optimally adapt the material flow to the overall process.
