Using state-of-the-art CFD (computational fluid dynamics) simulations, we optimise ventilation systems, reduce pressure losses and achieve significant energy savings. We also increase efficiency through targeted process changes – such as replacing energy-intensive dry filters with our PowerAirTube purge air filters. Issues such as heat dissipation and heat recovery are also consistently incorporated into our planning. 

The result: sustainable system concepts that reduce operating costs and conserve resources.

In industrial practice, overproduction, faulty batches and residual materials are not simply disposed of, but are used to generate energy in solid fuel-fired boiler systems and converted into heat or energy.
