Our engineering department combines in-depth expertise in process engineering, mechanics and electrical engineering. We plan and implement ventilation solutions that are precisely tailored to your processes – as turnkey systems or modular partial solutions. We consistently rely on state-of-the-art technology for maximum efficiency, occupational safety and environmental compatibility.

Efficient air technology for metalworking processes - customised, tested, proven.

From hot working such as rolling to grinding and polishing processes, we develop tailor-made systems for extraction, filtration and air flow. We have developed process-adapted blow-suction hoods for scale removal in the sheet metal production of ferrous metals. They blow air onto the rolled sheet metal in a targeted manner and then extract the particles. Optimised by our CFD simulations, this is not only extremely effective, but also highly energy-efficient.

With over 200 successfully implemented projects in metalworking and processing, we have comprehensive industry expertise and many years of system experience.

Increased efficiency for existing systems:

Venti offers industry-specific optimisation solutions for existing ventilation systems. We use CFD-supported analyses to identify pressure losses and improve energy efficiency in a targeted manner. Process engineering adjustments also contribute to savings - for example by replacing energy-intensive dry filters with modern PowerAirTube purge air filters.
