Efficient technology for new VOC requirements
With increasing regulatory requirements such as the amended TA Luft 2021, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are becoming more of a focus. We achieve this through optimised air flows and intelligent process control, among other things.

Customised ventilation engineering
Dedusting Technologies
Reliable extraction on shredders, screens, sorters, bunkers or conveyor belts – precisely planned, powerfully designed and optimally integrated. Our systems ensure clean processes and safe working conditions in the recycling industry.
Exhaust Air Collection & Treatment
The choice of exhaust air treatment method depends on the specific application. We use CFD to optimise extraction hoods, e.g. for dust collection or thermal exhaust gases, such as in furnace extraction hoods or bear burning site extraction systems.
Sorting & Separating
In multi-metal separation plants, we use traditional methods to separate metals from well-broken-down shredder materials by type. We also take into account the sorting of ferrous metals (FE) and shredder light fractions (SLF). Test sorting in our technical centre enables us to find a solution that is precisely tailored to your requirements.
Conveyance Solutions
Our powerful fans enable pneumatic conveying over long distances. We also transport dust via screw conveyors and material mixtures via vibrating chutes or conveyor belts. Venti supplies tailor-made systems for efficient and safe conveying processes.

With efficient ventilation solutions for sorting booths, we create a pleasant working environment, keep germs and odours at bay, and thus actively contribute to the well-being of employees.

After 23 years of operation, the shredder dedusting system was modernised due to stricter emission requirements and a Venti wet scrubber was replaced by a Venti Oelde PowerAirTube filter. Since December 2025, the plant has safely complied with TA Luft 2021 and contributes to cleaner air in Eppingen at Riwald Electronics Recycling GmbH.
