Dust-free processes for continuous operation

Purge air filters offer a high-performance and reliable solution for capturing dry dust in industrial processes. Thanks to their unique operating principle, they achieve high dust capture efficiency while consuming very little energy, ensuring consistently clean air in production areas and the surrounding environment.
A key advantage is the material-friendly purge air cleaning, in which the filter elements are cleaned with process air. This eliminates the need for additional compressed air and significantly extends the service life of the filter bags. At the same time, condensation is prevented because no cold compressed air is introduced into the system.
By eliminating the need for jet cleaning, maintenance requirements, energy consumption, and components subject to inspection are significantly reduced. Additionally, highly efficient fans help to sustainably lower operating costs.
The purge air filters are extremely low-maintenance. All filter components that should be inspected regularly are easily accessible.
For this energy-saving and low-maintenance solution, we offer two purge air filter variants.

A) PowerAirTubeFilter in a round design
The Venti PowerAirTube (RFA) purge air filter is a space-saving and extremely high-performance bag filter system suitable for a wide range of applications. Its highly compact design allows for space-saving integration into existing systems.
This filter type is characterized by high energy efficiency and a small footprint. The effective semi-offline cleaning ensures particularly thorough cleaning of the filter elements and stable operating conditions—even with high air volumes or challenging dust types. The use of process air prevents condensation.
Support springs inside the filter bags are used for further optimization. These minimize mechanical wear and also contribute to a long service life of the filter elements. Pre-coating of the filter media is also possible if required.
The fan integrated into the upper part of the housing serves both for exhaust and for cleaning the filter bags. Depending on the model, the systems can also be supplied with an integrated exhaust fan.
Thanks to tangential inlet and optimized filter bag arrangement, the PowerAirTube filter features an integrated, highly effective cyclone pre-separator. This enables a high separation efficiency and ensures reliable dust removal, even with large volumes of material.

B) RS-B Type Purge Air Filter in rectangular design
In the rectangular version, the filter is constructed using a sophisticated modular design consisting of folded and bolted wall elements. 
The filter chamber is cleaned chamber by chamber via a purge air fan installed in the hopper area. The air is drawn from the clean air side of the already filtered exhaust air. Filter cleaning can be time-controlled or differential pressure-controlled. A duct system for distributing the purge air is attached to the filter heads. Filter cleaning is performed semi-offline, meaning the filter media are cleaned more effectively in a pressureless state, or rather, raw gas does not flow through them during cleaning.
These filters are available in two variants: single-row or double-row in a 2-chamber parallel design. Thanks to the modular design of the purge air filters, they can be arranged and installed in a wide variety of configurations. By inserting empty units for raw air intake, we achieve intensive pre-separation of coarse particles and optimal air distribution across the filtering sections in the single-row filters.
The two-row models are designed with a centrally located raw gas inlet and clean gas outlet passage. This also ensures effective pre-separation and air distribution across the filtering sections.
By eliminating jet cleaning, maintenance requirements, energy consumption, and components subject to inspection are significantly reduced. In addition, highly efficient main fans help to sustainably reduce operating costs.
The purge air filters are extremely low-maintenance. All filter components that should be inspected regularly are easily accessible.
