In industrial textile washing lines, contaminated textiles are cleaned and then returned to the production and logistics cycle. This process generates fibre dust, lint dust and moist exhaust air flows, which require reliable ventilation and air flow control.

Venti Oelde has developed and implemented complete ventilation systems for these applications. In areas such as the tipping zone, washing machine and washing room, as well as in the dryer area, coordinated ventilation and extraction systems ensure stable process conditions and clean air.

Lint dust generated in the dryer area is also reliably separated by bag filter systems. A pneumatic conveyor system transports the dried textiles to the sorting and delivery area, thus supporting continuous and efficient plant operation.
